Jeff is a certified personal trainer with over fifteen years of experience. He is certified through ACE and actively pursues educational opportunities to gain the most up to date knowledge that is relevant to the field of personal training. Before Jeff found his passion for personal training, his dedication to setting and accomplishing goals for himself helped him in obtaining a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Colorado – Boulder. Jeff’s deep-rooted passion for setting and accomplishing goals for himself makes him effective in teaching his clients how to transform their lives by establishing healthy living habits. For each client, Jeff is focused on establishing a personalized exercise routine with achievable, realistic goals that make each client feel good about themselves, enjoy exercise, and obtain measurable results.

Colleen LeClaire

Personal Trainer
Colleen leads a lifestyle of health and wellness. This is important to her in all aspects of her life. Her goal is to guide and educate you on how to feel healthy and strong through functional fitness, and diet. Colleen is an enthusiastic long-distance runner and recently completed her second 38mile trail run. She coaches track and field at her children’s school and has coached the Girls on the Run program and soccer program. Her experience is with all age groups ranging from infants to seniors. Colleen would love to help guide her clients on their own personal path towards a happier healthier stronger person and achieve overall health and wellness!

Heather Cerkan

I work with a wide variety of clients. I have a background in corrective exercise and post injury strength training. My goal as a coach is to educate, increase body awareness, and encourage clients to be highly involved in the learning process. I compete in strength sports, which is one of the reasons I am so passionate about helping others because it has had such an impact on my life. Giving people better longevity and quality of life continues to drive me daily.

Sue Cogan

Sue is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Yoga Alliance 200-Hour Registered Yoga teacher. She is also certified in pre and post-natal yoga. In working with clients, she meets people exactly where they are and provides a total body experience to help them build stability, strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Max Fadell

Max is a NASM certified personal trainer specializing in strength training who has always had a passion for assisting others in meeting their fitness goals. 'Improving fitness levels out is not just about becoming stronger. It is about improving overall quality of life on a day-to-day basis. Improved mood, mental state, flexibility, and sleep are all positive features of a good, consistent exercise routine. Witnessing this change in the lives of gym members and clients is what makes every day of this job worth it.'

Valerie Joy

Valerie Joy Rix LMT, CYT Val is a Licensed Massage Therapist and trauma-informed Yoga teacher with nearly a decade of experience as a body worker. Born and raised on the northwest side of Chicago, Val has benefited from massage and Yoga for over 20 years, ranging from injury recovery to stress management to increased overall well-being, and is grateful to be able to share those same benefits with others. The longer she is in practice, the more she is in awe of the body’s innate ability to repair and recover. Passionate about how the body works and repairs as a whole, Val is trained in a variety of modalities that she blends together when working with clients to achieve personalized, lasting relief.

Marco Garcia

Personal Trainer
Marco started playing competitive soccer as a youth in Mexico. He grew up playing for his school team in Puebla, Pue. Mexico and has played in various amateur leagues in Mexico and the US. Marco played collegiate soccer at USEF University Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas/Mexico and NCAA Division 1 soccer at UIC (University Illinois at Chicago). He holds a USSF D coaching license and is currently pursuing his C License. 'I am always striving as a coach, a player and a person to learn every day. My passion for the sport of soccer manifests itself in the training sessions that I run and the players that I coach. I encourage you to come to one of my training sessions and after participating or watching one of my training sessions, introduce yourself to me and I will share all that I know with you on how to help you to improve your game, your child’s game or just to get a better understanding of the sport and its philosophies.'

Jordan Fishkin

Jordan Fishkin began his athletic training career after graduating from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training. He became a board-certified athletic trainer after that working for several high school sports teams. While working at the high school, he works with several teams ensuring the prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation of injuries to get the athlete back to their sport. He is certified in blood flow restriction training, along with being an ImPact trained Athletic Trainer. He currently is working on his masters to become a Special Education Teacher as well.
