Victoria Ziemann

Personal Trainer
Hello. My name is Victoria and I would like to tell you a little about me. I went to Northeastern University and studied Accounting, but realized very shortly after that I was not meant for the office world. I recently then pursued an education in Clinical Massage Therapy through The Soma Institute here in Downtown Chicago. I graduated in 2009 and started my unexpected career working in Physical Therapy. For 7 years I have been teaching and demonstrating exercises with proper body mechanics and corrective techniques. I have worked with a wide range of diagnoses from work related, disc issues, knee replacements, frozen shoulder and sports related injuries. Through those 7 years I have realized that corrective exercise and proper form are key to maintaining a healthy functional body. My next step in life started to become more clear, that I wanted to help people become healthy and fit while preventing injury. So I decided to take the route of a Personal Trainer. I became certified through The National Academy of Sports Medicine, NASM, in March of 2016. Since then I have been trying to help people reach their individualized goals whether it’s correcting imbalances, learning proper body mechanics to better perform your job, overall fitness or just to feel strong and powerful. It all it starts with a desire to change and begins with finding the right people to get you there. I look forward to speaking with you regarding your goals and collaborating on a plan. So make that first step and come on in and start that new healthy life.
