Youth Program

  • Anywhere Fitness Youth Training is the perfect introduction to strength, balance, plyometric, and aerobic training. Whether your child wants to increase sport performance, put on some muscle, or just learn how to operate equipment/weights, this is the perfect youth program for your child.
  • Youth classes consist of 2 age ranges: 6-11 and 12-17. The younger age group will focus on general movement, balance, aerobic, and cardio exercises. The older age group will work more with weights and machines but will perform all exercise categories.
